The Greatest rainbow I've ever seen is outside my office in Hollywood

A complete rainbow over Hollywood is a site I've only seen on the Simpsons. Who knew Franklin and Orchid was the end of rainbow???

4. I saw that, too!

I work in Century City....noticed the ends of the rainbows touched--appropriately--Bel Air (in the hills) and Beverly Hills (Olympic Blvd.) (from my vantage point). Had the whole office absolutely giddy, too--a nice lift for the afternoon. :-)

It was one of the brightest, most dramatic rainbows I've ever seen.

5. I love how they appear at different places at once...

From the building I'm in, I could see almost exactly where it ended blocks away.

7. Made it to Pasadena about 10 minutes ago....

A spectactular, double rainbow. It's my daughter's ninth birthday today, so I'm credit for arranging this just for her. My seven-year-old son was blown away, too....he said he'll never forget this rainbow.

Nice to have a little beauty and hope in this world of ours....

6. I once saw a beautiful rainbow over Lake Michigan

It extended from the Field Museum to McCormick Place. Breathtaking.

9. This has now turned into one hellacious thunderstorm...

Easily the biggest, baddest thunderstorm I've ever seen directly over downtown LA and century city. Lightning like crazy, and pitch-black clouds. Wild to see!!

I can hear the thunderclaps coming from downtown.
