Woman, take me in your arms..... Rock your baby
Get out of my head! Both the song and the girl (I should say woman) I'm thinking about. :)

Rock Your Baby
George McCrae

Woman, take me in your arms
Rock your baby
Woman, take me in your arms
Rock your baby

There's nothin' to it
Just say you wanna do it
Open up your heart
And let the lovin' start

Woman, take me in your arms
Rock your baby
Woman, take me in your arms
Rock your baby

Yeah, hold me tight
With all your might
Now let your lovin' flow
Real sweet and slow

Woman, take me in your arms
Rock your baby
Woman, take me in your arms
Rock your baby

C'mon...

Aaaaaaah woman, take me in your arms
Rock your baby
Oo, oo, oo
Woman, take me in your arms
Rock your baby

Ah-aaaaaah, yeah
Take me in your arms and rock me
Ah-aaaaaah, yeah
Take me in your arms and rock me
Ah-aaaaaaaaaaaah

2. I can't quit listening to it
You should watch a movie called "West Beirut." It was made in '98 and directed by one of Quentin Tarantino's cameramen. Really a well done film. One of the best foreign films I've ever watched. It starts in 1975 right before the Civil War breaks out and Beirut becomes partitioned into two parts. It's mainly a story about this kid who hangs out with his friends and meets a young girl. But, surrounding all of this is the war and horrific bombings etc. At one point, this kid, Tarek is his name I believe, and his friend are sitting in a bedroom hanging out smoking cigarettes and they play "Rock Your Baby" on a record player. It morphs into a montage of the two friends hanging out, walking around downtown Beirut and so on. Very realistic, it shows such a humane and pop culturish side to these kid's lives. One of my favorite movie music moments ever. Here's an IMDB link to the film. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0157183/

4. oh it is
it's well worth it. Just a really cool little film. Not much of a budget, no name actors, first-time director, a simple story in a complex situation, but it works. I was engaged enough to watch it several times. I want to buy it but last time I looked it wasn't on dvd so I was planning on waiting. I may have to check that out again, as it may have come out.

7. I only saw her briefly when I first walked into
lecture. Then after class a friend started BS'ing me and I couldn't get away to find her. She's in my class tomorrow. If she shows up.

Of course, then there is the other girl that I'm interested in too. I haven't heard from her in a month or so. I am about to finally give up on that one. :)
