3. alas, all I get is "Early edition"
he fixes the future, rather than the past, but he is limited to one day, which kinda rules out chronic, long term problems. With Quantum Leap, he also gets to walk a mile. or spend a day or two, in someone else's shoes.

5. I liked that show, too.
Is it on locally, or is a cable network showing it?

Loved the cat. :)

7. I never liked the finale.
I never understood why a show like Quantum Leap, in which the lead character was a scientist and haywire technology was a core part of the shows purpose, found it necessary to fall back onto religion to wrap up the story line. I got a chuckle out of the "God as a bartender" concept, but I never thought the idea of Bakula becoming some kind of guardian angel fit with the rest of the series.

8. Ah, but (as you might guess), I loved the ending.
Sam had a choice - to continue, or go home. But even before he made that choice, he had a chance to go back and fix one last thing: Al's marriage.

I was boo-hooing all the way through the last episode.
