1. In New England, it's called 'tonic'.
"Soda" is soda water, or seltzer, or club soda.

And Moxie Days are held annually about twenty miles from here, in Lisbon Falls.

2. I was always a big fan of Baumeisters root beer
found when I visited Sheboygan WI. Up until about 10 years ago or so they still came in returnable bottles...

3. Hooked on Blenheim's Ginger Ale
When I was sick in June, Blenheim's was the only one that had enough ginger in it for me, and also wasn't too sweet.

6. I Can't Find "50-50" In Maryland...
It's a grapefruit-lemon-lime soda that's easy to find in western PA. I love it.
