Film screening rights-help! (need serious DU movie pros)
I run a small film and video franchise in Boston, I've got a couple of movies I'd like to screen locally but cannot locate the entities that can rent me the content and grant theatrical rights.
And those films would be:
1) "The House of Rothschild" (1934) starring George Arliss and Boris Karloff.

2) "Strictly Propaganda" (1992) An "Atomic Cafe" type documentary using clips from East German ephemeral films...saw it in NYC and have longed to revive it in Boston ever since.

3) "The Pueblo Crisis" starring Hal Holbrook. This is a 1973 television play that I doubt is available for public screening in any way but I included it to round it off to three titles.

I need the films on VHS-DVD as I currently have access only to a local video suite in a theater.
Any suggestions before I file these titles under F For Failure?
Any help will be appreciated, the fact that I'm blindly soliciting advice in the lounge is proof of the direness of my circumstances.

2. Movie Licensing USA
is an outfit my library is negotiating with. They are licensing agent for major movie studios. A number of libraries in my region are using them. For about $400 a year we will get public showing rights for films form just about every studio. You can call them at 1-888-267-2658, or email mail@movlic.com.

Hope this is of some use to you.
