I post stuff like this for motivation. It makes it more difficult for me to fall back into my old habits when I tell everyone I know that I've quit doing that stuff. It makes me want to be good.
I've cheated on my diet a couple of times. But when you boil it down to either a hot fudge sundae or a cigarette I think you'll agree that wasn't a bad move.
But where I really notice improvement is with my breathing, and my overall attitude. Over the past few years I haven't really had a bad attitude, but I guess I was sort of fatalistic.
that inertia feeds depression, fatalistic thinking, etc. In my experience, a body is meant to be _in motion_. I'm glad you're enjoying some benefits to your commitment to improved health. :pals:
I will keep posting these little updates as I go along because it helps me to stay committed to what I'm doing. I don't want to have to come in here one night and tell you all that I failed. Especially after getting as far as I have now.
