Just wanted to mention
that a generous person here on DU sent us a fire/Rove button. My husband has worn it everyday. He went into a place that had between 100-150 people at the time. Two people asked who is Rove? My husband explained and they still had no clue who he was. Are people living in the dark?

1. Just do an informal survey for yourself, Pam.
Walk around the mall with a clipboard and ask some people who the vice-president is. I'll give you 3-1 odds that less than 50% will know the answer. Ask who the secretary of state is, and you'll be lucky to get 30%.

2. I bet your are right.
With all of the war, killing, economy. One would think that there would be some concern from the general public and find out what is going on with our administration.

3. Actually Rove is not that well known outside of political circles.

4. Half the people in this country do not even bother to vote....

but still think they have the right to complain, of course. I am referring to people who are eligible to vote, of course.
:banghead: :banghead:

That 49% "mandate" that Dimson raves about was actually less than 25% of the potential voters in this country.
