defeat of squirrels!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEHAW!!

sitting here enjoying a harvest of really tasty grapes. this vine is about 15 years old, and i have had about 6 grapes until today. in fact, i was shocked when i looked at it and realized that there were grapes there. i had given up watching the crop, because it never failed that by the time they were edible, the squirrels had stolen them all. how did i do it?
terriers! 2 of my 3 rat terriers spend most of the day in the yard, and they have kept the squirrels at bay. not only did they leave the grapes alone, they are leaving the tomatoes alone.
ahhh. relief from squirrels.

i thought for sure he was gonna be ok when i heard that.
you can make a really great dog out of a terrier, but it takes some work. i hope ballot turn out to be a great little dog, and helps to fill the void for termite.
