5. Oh, you're welcome!
They broadcast (well, it was "they" but now it's just the one host, Geoff Staples) live M-F from 4-6 PM (EST). Then they rebroadcast the show over and over until the next live one. On Fridays, starting at 6 PM, they cycle through the entire week's shows non-stop throughout the weekend.
