Every time I go to LA or Vegas I make a pilgramage to In-N-Out. Everything is so fresh and good. Just greasy enough, but not overly so. Gotta love the Zen simplicity of the menu - Burger/Cheeseburger/Double Burger/Double Cheeseburger. No mystery chicken or anything else. And the fries are to die for. Burger Heaven.

Also props for Fatburger and Culver's.
