They're not just for breakfast anymore.



There were some pretty awful images,this was the least of the bunch.

7. I've had them.
They're not bad but they must be eaten while HOT. They also apparently take a long time to clean and cook.

8. The closest I ever came to getting
sick from the smell of food was when I was standing next to a pot of chitterlings at a pot luck at work.

is it a regional thing because this thread is literally the first time I've ever heard the word chitterling...hopefully I can erase the thought of eating that crap from my memory

15. It was a pot luck
party to celebrate Black History month. I ate everything else and enjoyed it, but that stuff was nasty.

20. I think they pronounce it that way everywhere.
I'm not from the south and I've never heard ANYONE pronounce all three syllables in the word chitterlings. I've never heard CHIT...TER...LINGS. Only chit'lins.
