Scrabble cheats.
There is no such word as "laminarian" and the odds of getting a bingo on your last move EVERY TIME your opponent is winning, well, they can't be very good.

"Laminarian" for christsake. It won't let me do "wedded" but it gets to do "laminarian". Wtf.

I want contact info for the developer. He's a sadist and I want to spank him. Badly.

(Ha! The spell check doesn't recognize "laminarian" EITHER!)

3. Laminarian pertains to seaweed...
laminaria, "having to do with" and whatnot.

4. "wedded" is...
... acceptable in OSPD2, 3 and 4. This has to be a fault in the word lists used in the on-line game you're playing.

The word "laminarian" won't show up in the latest OSPD because that word list is limited to eight-letter words. But, laminarian is a word, and it means "pertaining to seaweeds of the genus Laminaria, or to that zone of the sea (from two to ten fathoms in depth) where the seaweeds of this genus grow."

Cheers.

7. This is the weird thing.
Mr. sfexpat has the Hasbro game on his pda. HE gets to override decisions such as the one on "wedded". I beat that one the first time out.

The PC Hasbro version won't let you override sh!t, and if you're 50 points ahead, it just pulls a bingo on the last move.

I'm beginning to hate that ugly little Maven. Did beat it once. That's how they get you. :)
