Favorite type of monster
So, what type of monster do you most like? Vampires, werewolves, frankenstien monsters, King Kongs or Godzillas? Blobs, aliens, swamp things?

I, personally like the vampire flicks.

How about you folks?

7. Yes!! I loved Underworld!
The first "Howling" was cool too, as was "American Werewolf in London".
"A naked American man stole my baloons".

8. I haven't seen those two in forever.
I was a kid when American Werewolf came out, and remembered thinking it was funny and scary.

10. Demons or aliens
primarily because there's a bigger variety. Almost every culture, from Indonesia to Ireland has their own take on different kinds of demons and the special rules of their world, some who only come after you when you enter the spirit world through drugs, etc. Aliens can also be conceived in a great variety. I think the challenge for writers is coming up with a new take on vampires or werewolves that we haven't already seen. But when they do blaze new trails, it can be very entertaining.

I suppose you are right about the new ideas on vampires. Even with so many movies since, you always come back to the precedence set by this guy.

on edit, last image didn't work.

28. Depends on what you mean by "favorite." Vampires scare the shit
out of me. Always have, always will.

Werewolves are also pretty freaky. I've always throught they were the kreepiest looking monsters. I am also NOT a big fan of mummies (or zombies). A dead person, somehow still up and walking around? SCAR-Y.
