Help me interpret this dream re: Election 2006
Edited on Tue Jul-19-05 03:28 PM by ih8thegop
It's Election Night, November 7, 2006, after 11:00 PM. I'm with a few people (I don't know exactly whom), and we're watching TV, waiting for election returns.

We have but one result in: Jennifer Granholm has all of 17 votes, while Amway Ayatollah Dick DeVos has more than 3,000, and the Green Party's candidate - an older, previously-unknown woman - has 6,000-plus votes. The media are amazed at how well she has done, but have not yet called her Governor-elect.

These are very small numbers, considering that Bush and Kerry both got two million votes in the state in '04, and the polls close here at 8 PM.

Meanwhile, we're still waiting on results from other states and other races.

Any ideas?

(BTW: If you haven't figured it out yet, I live in Michigan. :-) )

1. Well, I Doubt It's a Prediction of the Future
It might be a combination of your private speculations, hopes, and fears.

I had a dream last October of Kerry winning by ten percentage points. That certainly didn't happen.

2. Here's Election
To dream that you are at an election, represents a choice that you need to make which may affect others.

3. And Racecar
Couldn't find anything closer
To see a race car in your dream, symbolizes your hard driving and headstrong attitudes. It may also reflect your competitive nature and the need to win. Alternatively, the symbol may be a pun for your issues with race and ethnicity.

To dream that you are driving a race car, represents your fast paced lifestyle. You may be jeopardizing your health with your reckless behavior.

Did you get anything out of all that? Are you going to solve a mystery in November which will cause you to be serene enough to participate in a common activity? Are you ready to take action? Don't rush now--you might miss something.
