HIGH RANKING WHITE HOUSE OFFICIALS AFFIRM THAT BUSH "BELIEVES HISSELF TO BE THE BEST'UN FOR THAT THERE JOB" IN THE SUPREME COURT. THE SOURCE FURTHER QUOTES BUSH AS SAYING "IF'N I'MA NOMINATE SOMEONE TO REFLECT MY VIEW, WHO'D REFELCT MY VIEWS BETTER THAN THE MAN HISSELF?" THE PRESIDENT'S LEGAL TEAM HAS GIVEN ITS GO AHEAD, NOTING THAT THE CONSTITUTION "DON'T FORBID IT" WHILE BUSH IS CAREFULLY EXAMINING A DOSSIER ON THE NOMINEE.
