Actor Colin Farrell sues to try and stop sex tape's release


LOS ANGELES Actor Colin Farrell is suing a woman for allegedly trying to distribute and profit from a sex tape the two of them made.

The suit filed by Farrell claims they agreed the 15-minute tape would be jointly owned and would remain private.

The suit claims the woman has worked with the owner of an Internet pornography business and has contacted the news media about the tape.

Farrell is seeking monetary damages as well as a temporary restraining order and injunction prohibiting the sale or other use of the videotape.

Instead, Farrell alleges, Narain (pictured at right) has recently taken steps to market the film with the assistance of tabloid broker David Hans Schmidt and Paul Nash, marketing director for an Internet porn outfit.
