the company I work for makes oxygen reservoirs/portables for home use.

we also provide repair service on our own and other manufacturer's units.

a common repair is to fix leaks - I was following up on one particular repair because the reservoir came in really dented and banged up. what follows is a brief converstaion with the tech repair guy:

me: how bad is that reservoir?

tech: pretty bad - we should call it ROVE because it leaks so much
