1. The memories!
How many others remember when Lawrence Welk still came on every Saturday night? Before Love Boat and Fantasy Island (oh those edgy shows!) took over?

I have such vivid memories of watching Bobby and Cissy sashay around with one or both of my grandmothers on Saturday nights.

Wow. I had forgotten all about that until now!

8. Did you ever see some of the bloopers from that show?
I can't vouch for how real they are, but apparently Lawrence had no idea whatsoever when he let double entendres slip.
