Why do you never hear the term "Full Dorsal Nudity"?

It's always with the "full frontal". Full frontal this... Full frontal that... and why do women have MORE full frontal nudity than men?

..."full frontal nudity" is more appropriately "full ventral nudity" since it's our ventral side that's "frontal" when we're upright.
