My best friend in high school took this photo of me in 1980 with an Instamatic.

For our younger DUers, this is an Instamatic:

20. Can't remember the name of this town between Vegas and Barstow
but I remember the sign. Unless it has a twin somewhere ;-)

3. I took this with one of those ten dollar cameras
I keep it in my car's glovebox in case I ever come across something that needs to be photographed. A nice double rainbow taken last year during a sudden heavy downpour...

your picture is very nice, I like the halo effect! Very impressionistic!

17. That's Mt. St. Helens, in the Cascades.
Not sure what kind of plane. One of those putt-putts that Alaska Air flies between Seattle and Portland at certain hours.

15. Yep. I was the sweeper.
Meaning, I sucked. It was JV, and my first and only year playing. I was a senior. I really loved it, though.

18. Wow. It's really amazing -- hard to mess up what a little
lens and some film can do, isn't it?

Observatory in L.A. I'd like to visit the one in S.F. though.

22. I'm a big fan of this type of photography

I took this with an $18 plastic camera. I took the lens off and used a needle to poke a hole in a piece of aluminum. Pinhole photography!
