What's the weirdest food that you love to eat?
For me, some typical Jewish fare. Well, typical for Jews, most people I know can't believe I eat (in order of oddball-ness):

1) Gefilte fish
2) Sour (pickled) tomatoes
3) Hot dogs from street vendors with sauerkraut and hot mustard

Anyone who says they love haggis and/or kishka needs photo evidence.

our second-favorite sushi restaurant has an appetizer that consists of a big bowl of pickled(i think) baby octopi- you pop them in your mouth whole, and suck 'em down.

8. Ain't nuthin wrong with Gefilte fish! :-)
It's really quite good when prepared properly. My bubbe used to make it with whitefish, actually. Now that stuff that you dump out of a Maneschewitz jar is REVOLTING! :-)

17. Braised Pork Intestines
I am serious. For those living in a city with a large Chinese population like San Francisco, you can go to a Chinese deli (you know those that have cooked chicken, roast duck and roast pork hanging by the window). You can usually get them there. They are sold by the "coil" then weighed. They chop it uo into bite sized pieces and put it in a take away tub. With toothpicks you can eat them like cocktail sausages. They are actually very tasty, with a bit of a nutty soy sauce flavour. Great stuff!
