I've only seen it sober on a few occasions, it was always extraordinarily peaceful.

and i think i may have actuially made some progress tonight... i broke down for like 2 hours... and all the sudden i just stopped, and apparently i was (and am) fine... hopefully it will last. who knows if it will though. but i can hope, right?
