Who else here would vote/campaign for President David Palmer?(24)

I think the President on the series 24 is the best!Just watched the entire 2nd season on dvd & actually had tears in my eyes.What a true patriot & GREAT American!Even though on the bonus features Dennis Haybert(I think thats the actors name who plays Palmer)says he based his charachter on Jimmy Carter,Bill Clinton & Colin Powell (even though I feel he's a cross between JFK & Martin Luther King)This is the kind of President we need!I also am pleased that he's African American.I think w/the subject matter with the 2nd season race is very important & President Palmer is very aware of the situation.

The fact that he forgave his entire staff who voted against him & decided it was better for the country & the people to heal rather than seek out revenge(Hey Shrub, ya might wanna take notice here!)shows this man has class! I even think he's just as presidential as Martin Sheen.Who else here would campaign or vote for David Palmer?

I missed 24 this past Tuesday.Can anyone just tell me if President Palmer is okay?What was with his hand at the end of the 2nd season?I plan on watching again Next Tuesday, can someone bring me up to date?Thanks!

I loev Dennis Haysbert, the most charismatic man on TV. President Palmer survived the assasination attempt, but seems to be suffering some lingering health problems. He is shtupping his personal physician, and is running for a second term.
