Do you ever get computer headaches?
I've been getting them the last couple days. Hurts behind my eyes after sitting staring at a screen for hours and not blinking.

Time to take a walk and look at something far away for a while....

1. Change your refresh rate.
1. right click on desktop.
2. properties
3. settings
4. advanced
5. monitor

make sure you set it to a refresh rate that works on your monitor (check the little box). Pick the largest you can.

2. Whatever you choose, avoid 60hz

It's the same frequency as our lighting and you'll get a weird flicker in the screen that will only make your headaches and eyestrain worse.

4. Try a black background. It's soothing.

5. Yes and I have one right now from
a class in computer engineering. Too much too fast. Brain shutting down. Can't take it. Talk about a headache. At least the headache from staring at the screen for fun was earned. This current headache once I get rid of it will only return as soon as I start thinking again.

8. How do I get the black/dark background when I'm "working"
on DU?

Do I just darken it from the monitor case?

I know I sound really stupid.
