Going to Chalmette to get some Creole Tomatoes
East of the big easy where the battle of New Orleans was fought. The most wonderful tomatoes on the planet. Slices of sourdough bread, a dab of mayonnaise, a couple Creole slices, a lil bit of sauteed onions and pepper and mushrooms, oh my. Maybe a slice of cheese to taste and you have a sammich to die for. Throw in a bag of Zaps chips, whew, I'm on my way.
