Edited on Tue Jun-14-05 08:49 PM by Robb
Myself, I'm not sure. Macs, maybe.

My girlfriend is in the "Toyota FJ40 Ownership Cult."

Anyone else?

On edit: Roomba. I looooove my Roomba. :D

1. Treo, Mac
If subscriptions count, Investor's Business Daily has a big cult following. Yes, I know it's a right-wing paper.

2. Macs...
Everything else I ever buy lets me down, but in 20 years of Mac ownership, problems have been pretty rare, and usually brought on by my own damn self trying to fix something that ain't really broken.

I really like my clock radio, but I'm not, like, weird about it or anything.

8. The cult of the common folk the heart and soul of America. Lincoln said,
"The Lord prefers common-looking people. That is why he makes so many of them."

11. Volvo 240 DL Wagon. Observe the superior turning radius.
I've had 2. Both over 300,000 miles. Right now I'm driving a 1987 and it's my baby. 'Cept the A/C doesn't work and that's kinda bad in the NC heat and humidity.

12. Honda. Honda everything.
Like in the commercial, I want a house with Honda cars and motorcycles in the garage, next to the Honda mower, leaf blower and generator, with a boat at the dock out back with a Honda outboard that I ride to on my Honda ATV-thingy.

When I'm old and decrepit, I want a Honda wheelchair. I'm on my 8th Honda car in a row, 6 Accords, then a Civic and now an Accord again.

Is Honda ownership a cult?

Oh, I own their stock too. And when my cousin went to Tokyo he went to their World HQ & brought me back a Honda Racing coffee cup, which I treasure. And the box it came in was as cool as the cup.

So, yeah. Now I see your point.
