11. Chop it into 1/2 inch chunks...

Chop up 1 pound of thick sliced bacon. Brown it in a big pan.
Add the beef and brown that for about 3 minutes
Add 4 cups of thin sliced onions and cook for about 7 minutes, until the onion are soft and clear.
Lower heat and stir in 3/4 cup of flour. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add a tablespoon of garlic powder, a cup of red wine and 3 cups of beef stock.
Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Add 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms, a teaspoon of black pepper and a teaspoon or two of your favorite seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add 12 ounces of cooked noodles and 1 cup of sour cream. Sprinkle with 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and place in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Serves several normal people or two big fat guys.
