Apparently, I would rarely nap after the age of one, wouldn't go to bed until 10 at night, and was a pretty hyper kid. I still don't sleep much. Still sort of hyper (or at least can handle more busyness than most people on far less sleep). :D

The picture doesn't show the grey shorts and knee-length socks which went with it - cutting edge styling there. School uniforms helped me in one important respect - I can now get ANY tie into a decent knot, thanks to much practice.

Which would count as a public school (in the U.S. sense of the term - which is the exact opposite of the British sense), and wore uniform there as well. In fact, they're pretty ubiquitous, especially in this part of the country.
