9. Ugh, I'm sorry to hear it.
I'm glad you're feeling better. And I know what you mean about work...it's not a great day so far.

10. Hey right back at ya
My week-end was splendid thank you very much - I too hope that yours was.

I met an old chum from university on Sunday - boozy lunch, followed by even more boosy post-lunch.

Especially since I didn't have to face work until today.

How are you feeling today, terrya??

14. Hey!
It was, and I'm sad right now, because my kids and my husband had to go back to school/work today...and I'm lonely. :(

16. Hello!
I actually had a day off so that was nice. Spent it w/ relatives-it went better than usual. Not a single reference to Bush being god(yes, in this case I like it to be lowercase) so that went well.
I hope that yours was wonderful. Any great things done that will make me green with jealousy?

17. 'Twas.
Tiring, though -- I spent most of the weekend helping The Boy prepare to move; yesterday, I watched his 2.5-year-old daughter for a few hours so he could clean out the basement storage locker and sort through stuff in his kitchen, and we played Legos and she rode her tricycle. And then we all had dinner with his soon-to-be-ex wife (as I'm sure you're aware, I have a very high threshold for weird and this didn't come close; it was actually quite fun). But, I am exhausted, at work, and it doesn't look like anything's going to slow down for the next couple of weeks.

I'm glad you had a good time, too, Terry. :hi:

18. Mine was great except Sat. night and the kid party next door
Called the cops after they tp'd us..they didn't do much. Noise lasted until 3:00, not just from them..from other parties in town. Had to call the cops back on Sunday morning..it must have escalated into egging. Found the empty container sticking up from my peony bush out back. Darn..I thought the buds had opened..nope it was white styrofoam.

Got lots of outside work done, 2nd garden completed, cooked out, had all my kids and my other granddaughter here for Sunday dinner. Spent some time thinking about our people in the military, both past and present.

Best part of the weekend..finding the baby bunnies in the compost pile. It made my Granddaughter's day..a prior nest with 4 babies had frozen during the late snow we had. New bunnies beat bunny funerals no matter how you look at it!
