Does Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader remind you of neocons?

Well now that I finally saw Revenge of the Sith last night I couldn't help but think Anakin's fall to the Dark Side is much like neocons. After all most neocons are former leftists who were Wobblies and even Trotskyists back in the 60s and 70s. The perfect example I can think of is David Horowitz, who was much like Anakin, full of hate and that corrupted him causing him to be overtaken by the Dark Side and becoming a neocon.

Oh well, whatever the case the movie was good and definately better than the last 2 thankfully.

2. I try not to think of contemporary politics when watching movies.

With "Sith," however, we do finally find out that Vader isn't the #1 evil we thought he was- he's just a stooge of Palpatine.
