Can anyone suggest what I can download (for free) to get rid of Spyware?......Thanks everyone in advance!....:)

You'll find both there. Free - and pretty much industry standard at this point.

3. Make sure you're getting Ad-Aware from Lavasoft; there are other programs
with variant spellings that are probably either a ripoff or more spyware.
