I feel very, very down.
My chest has swelled. My eyes are wet. I feel like I have little hope.

I don't like to write at length when I'm like this, but would you mind sending me some flowers? My birthday is next week.

Writer.

4. Oh just something I've dealt with since my adolescent years.
I've worked on it often over my life and have overcome much of it, yet it still emerges now and then.

2. Happy B day
So how old? I think a lot of people get blue around their b-day. It is a time to reassess.

6. 30, but actually I'm looking forward to it.
I always have been underestimated because of my age. It's nice to be closer to a decade where I will be taken more seriously.

18. I have a similar issue.
Without make-up I look around 25 or so. When I was corporate and wore suits and make-up (when I was in my mid-20's) I looked to be in my early 30's. I am de-aging.

3. Fellow gemini
This has been a tough year or two for geminis. Things are supposed to get better for us in July and definitely by the fall.
Now, if we can only hold on that long...

9. Yes, yes indeed regarding geminis...
I had a good year last year - I had a long-term temp job that paid for my first semester of graduate school. I got into graduate school at a top state university.

Earlier this week I was brushing up on my resume and realized how much I had done in my early to mid 20's before we were relocated. Then I look at what I have done since moving to this stupid little city and I feel like I've wasted my life for the last 3 years or so.

I started getting remotivated within the past few days, after being depressed for some time. I hope that you start feeling better too. BTW, do you know your rising sign?

16. You need some information
You need date of birth, time of birth, place of birth.
If you have all of that go to www.astro.com
and the site will do a chart for you and calculate your rising sign. It's fun!!

21. Ahhh. Here we are...
Edited on Sun May-29-05 07:52 PM by Writer
Sun in Gemini
Moon in Pisces
Ascendent in Cancer, Moon in the Ninth House
Venus in the First House
Saturn in the First House
Moon in the Ninth House
Sun in the Twelfth House

Ahhh... that Pisces... that the problem. I am an extremely determined young woman who has been forced out of her career due to her husband's job relocation. That has been extremely difficult to figure out. At times I have been proactive and have done the best I can with what little opportunities around me, and at other times I have not dealt with it well.

I'm actually now in the process of making big changes in my career. Wondering whether this is a gemini thing.

To Northern Colorado. And it wasn't a career change as much as a career end. At that time I couldn't even locate retail work because of the recession.

7. Thank you, progmom. Those are beautiful.
We have some beautiful flowers in our backyard - peonies, lillies, bleeding hearts, roses, etc.

I always have been a cheap date. Flowers always make me smile.

Mine is next week too and I have been out of sorts too and I think maybe that's why. I am a little older than you (37-eek) and I don't know what you might be down about but I always consider the alternative to not having birthdays and I feel much better.

And a single rose to reminding you that you are cared for...
