How do you use your Palm?
I'm becoming both amazed and concerned about how much I use mine.

It has my recipes, linked to my shopping list
Nutrition tracker
Exercise tracker
Numerous databases (800s to airlines, books on my 'want to read' list, etc.)
Contacts & Calendar info
A couple eBooks
A couple games
Religious reference
MP3 Player
Photos of the kids
Medical history for the family
Auto maintenance & usage tracking
And other various documents & crap

11. Umm, let me see . . . .
Let me go through my tabs:

There's the basics--2 calendars, contact list, to do list, memos (tons of memos)
62 games (!!)
Launcher program
2 genealogy programs
Several ham radio, weather, astronomy, morse code, and mapping programs
Bank book and bill program
Several health programs, including blood pressure database
Cocktail database (of course!)
Measurement converter
Clock/timer
3 time mgmt programs
Art program
Tip program
Several music and player programs, including Audible, Kinoma, and RealOne; mp3 player
Bible program
Dictionary programs
Several word processing programs
Clipper programs--iSilo, Plucker, JPluck
probably 50 books and book reader
RSS newsfeed program
E-mail
Couple of note and list programs
HandyShopper (a must)
Icon Manager and FontBucket
Lots of database programs (ham radio frequencies, area code lists, my boss's contact list, music, movies, books, etc.)
Birding program
Biorhythm program
Recipe program
Photo albums
TV schedule and remote control programs
Wine program
Program for passwords, etc.
Password generator
Print program
program to zip files
Plant database program (currently testing)

Good lord, I just realized--I'm more pathetic than I thought I was!

I also have a 512mg card that has less than 20 mg free, and a 128mg card full of videos for when my friend and I go shopping with her son and he needs distraction. My old 64mg card is going to be used with mp3s--I love to listen to podcasts in the car. This week I've been listening to the second season of Blackadder that I bought from Audible. However, I need to buy a 1 or 2mg card really soon--I've run out of space!

My Palm goes everywhere I go--and I mean EVERYWHERE. I hotsync every day first thing when I get home from work, and it stays by my bed charging at night. I carry it with me from room to room. I never write notes on paper any more--everything goes in the Palm.

I started out with a Palm 3e, I think--it had 2mg of memory and no color. I had so many programs on it that each night I had to "rearrange" it so that I could have what I needed for the next day. These new models with the larger memories are great. I wouldn't trade mine for the world!!
