It's a little boy, probably in a diaper, waking his mother up. If it's from a group of pictures in a brochure, I'd be willing to bet that the other pictures show the kid romping around in that diaper, not playing with Mom's leather bustier and horsewhip.

17. I was caught up in a similar situation

The first year I opened, I had my 18yo daughter model a triangle top and hot pants for a swim-wear ad we were going to run. She was completely covered and it was nothing that you wouldn't see at any pool. Or any more reveling than a spring Wal-mart circular.

I was advertising in both free weekly advertising papers at the time. I don't even know how he saw the ad in time, but our Nemesis saw the ad in one of the papers and called it "child porn" - He scared the 2nd paper into not even running our ad.

He then went to all the car dealerships (the free weeklies bread and butter) and got them to call the paper. I am no longer allowed to advertise in their paper. All for an ad (with an 18yo model) that was no more racy or reveling than any spring swim-wear ad from any dept. store. The other paper (which is also the local newspaper) even printed his LTTE about my ad being "child porn"
