My theory is that people who grew up near oceans
Have a sexy, romantic quality.

And that's not just cause I grew up on the Pacific.

1. Beats me
Edited on Thu May-26-05 01:16 AM by FreedomAngel82
I grew up from 1982-1987 (was born in 1982) in Charlotte, North Carolina and then moved here in 1987 to Tennessee. I like to think of myself as a hopeless romantic.

5. Don't know about that
but having grown up very aware of the Pacific coast being near - my first trip into the Midwest was almost suffocating. I kept looking for the water - THERE WAS NO WATER!!

I just wanted to go home where the air was fresh.

Didn't we just luck out beyond belief to have that wonderful ocean so close? Of all the places on earth we could have found ourselves, we couldn't have asked for anything better!:toast:

9. What do you define as "near" an ocean?
I've always been within 2-3 hours of one myself.
