Yesterday on my way home I encountered three or four young activists in the subway station, handing out flyers and singing. What caught my attention was, the song they were singing was kind of a round, and it specifically mentioned (insulted) Dick Cheney.

So I said out loud, "I've never heard a political madrigal before!" as I accepted one of their handbills.

Just as I was perusing their document and realizing who they were, I got their answer: "You should visit our website, LaRoucheYouth dot com! We've got all kinds of music!"

One kind of music they specifically mentioned, which was probably what they were actually singing, was the canon. So I thought, but did not say, you've probably got some loose ones.
