What's for dinner?
If I get my rear in gear and off DU, I'm planning to slice Emeril's Habanero & Green Chile turkey and chicken sausage add some onions and garlic, add some unpeeled sliced red potatoes, chop some cabbage in my electric frying pan. Voila my nutritious dinner is complete. I never tried this sausage, hope it is good. My plan when I bought the sausage was to grill it outdoors, too damn hot out there, no way I'm not opening the doors to let the heat in the house! Guess the electric frying pan will do the trick.

Thought when I bought the sausage it would be healthy, well, don't think so, it is high in sodium and cholesteral. Usually I check this out before buying, but being an airhead didn't check out the info. I read turkey and chicken and all is okay, got fooled. Hope the sausage is good usually am salt sensitive. Anyway, have my meat and two veggies. Just need to get some fruits in here, guess I'll have yogurt with berries.

10. It doesn't have a name but it's spicy!
Short grain brown rice, caramelized onions & mushrooms, tofu pan-fried in toasted sesame oil, all scrambled together with a nice Thai garlic-chili pepper sauce.

The husband looooves it. And it reheats well.
