Or any cream with vitamin E is what you should be rubbing on yourself now. It helps preven peeling.

It's not *that* bad - I'm just red. I'm also prone to heat rash - which ends up primarily on my chest - and I have it now. itchyitchyitchy....

It comes in a clear blue or green gel.

Called "cooling" something.
