With the possibility of having to replace up to 4 (count 'em four) Supreme Court Justices over the next couple of years, having no filibuster option would pretty much be the end of jurisprudence as we know it in this country.

Isn't he about the only one on television MSM who qualifies for the title of "journalist" anymore?!?

(That also meets the pc answer requirements for DU too!) I think it has to be true though, since Olbermann is the only one I still make an effort to watch. I get my almost all of my news online from DU and indy sources. :D
