So I just got my first digital camera. How do I post photos to DU?

So I just got my first digital camera. How do I post photos to DU?
Can I just paste .jpegs from my harddrive, or do I have to link them from my website?

4. you can get a free host like photobucket.com
There are others but that's but that's one I've used. It's free and you upload your photo..post the URL in a DU post and it shows that photo etc...
