the "Idol" telecast. What's wrong with me? Of course, I cry over anything now that the *head is occupying the WH. My eyes will be puffy until '08!:cry:

of myself for being able to say that I have never watched one minute of this show or Survivor or any of the other reality shows.

If I want reality, I watch CSPAN. I watch tv to be entertained or to learn something from the cable channels.

5. You're right - it is just FLUFF tv - but it helps me to get away from the

reality from my own life. This is the first time I've watched Idol. I must say that it has grown on me. Of course, during the day I have the news on all the time.
Can't be depressed 24/7. That's when the fluff tv comes in handy.

9. I'm with you on the fluff. I really can't say anything, I've actually

taken to writing to NBC because they cancelled my cheesy American Dreams (nice bit of fluff).

Also, my mother has never missed an episode of Survivor and won't take calls during the show, so I know of the lure of reality tv.

May the fluff be with us. :)
