It takes one strong person to lay em down.

One tip for you...the BIGGEST problem I had once I dumped the nicotine from my system, was what the heck to do with my hands (my hubby had suggestions, but he got smacked for them) ANYWAY...

I measured some drinking straws to the exact length of my cigs, and held them when I needed to. I actually drew on them sometimes to simulate the inhale..it did really work to the degree I needed them to.
