Some State mottos I came up with
Ohio: Our Rivers don't catch fire anymore.
Mississippi: Only 40% of the people that live here can spell it.
Michigan: Canada didn't want us.
New Jersey: Best place to stash a body
Florida: Spain still can't believe the US payed money for us.
Kentucky: What did you say about my sisters, cousins, nephews, neighbors dog?
Louisiana: You'd drink to if you lived here.
North Carolina: The better Carolina
South Carolina: We make "The better Carolina" possible.
Rhode Island: Yeah we can't believe we're a state either.

5. ohio has the worst drivers
believe me, 3/4 of the fender benders in this tourist town are caused by drivers with Ohio plates. Do they just issue licenses in cracker jack boxes or something?

7. Well I am not ashamed of Mississippi.
There may be some idiots here but no more than other places. We are less populated so it seems like more. I love Mississippi and plan on living here for a long time!!:) Good politics or not, the people here are too friendly to hate them for their ignorance.

10. East Mississippi.......LOL !
I'm in Missouri and our dip$hit governor has set things in motion so that Medicaid will be going away soon. Last week, another poster here called Missouri the Mississippi of this decade.

I guess Missouri can be West Mississippi!
