These were sent to me in an e-mail and taken from the USS Honolulu, a Los Angeles Class fast attack submarine, at the Arctic Circle 280 miles from the North Pole.

Didn't see your daughter's.

That's how I sprained my ankle, by the way. I lend some of my paintings, particularly the big ones to a real estate pal when she needs to spiff up a house on the market. This one finally sold and I was moving my paintings out. Slipped off an extra thick "welcome" matt when I was manuvering a 4 x 5 footer out the door. Worst sprain I've ever had.
