2. I use the following for grilled veggies
1 cup Bernstein's ceasar dressing
1 ounce soy sauce
2 ounces honey (warmed so it will dissolve)

I soak the veggies in it then brush it on while grilling

4. off topic, but marinade is the stuff, marinate is what you do with it
Soy sauce and japanese pepper makes an excellent marinade, but I can't remember the name of the pepper to use, and you could only get it at a Japanese place anyway.

Mostly, I just go with the old standby - olive oil, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

Man, I love grilled vegetables. I could make a whole of 'em - grilled zucchini (green and yellow), a leek or onion, some broccoli, some asparagus, some corn, and an avacado. What a meal!

7. Anything Greek in terms of dressing is great on the BBQ.
Basically you want lemon, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper, in that order of quantity.

The Greeks really know how to grill. Best, and some of the simplest, grilled food I have ever had.
