5. check your picture hosting service

for a direct link option. Services like photobucket and image shack will post direct links as soon as you upload the image that you can insert into the email.

Image Shack is about the best one i've used.

8. Adding a picture to the gallery has gotten a little more complicated.

They used to load them for you to one of the DU servers, but now you have to first load it to a site, then edit the actual page in the gallery to add yourself. A tiny bit complicated if you make a mistake there, you could end up deleting or messing up someone else's entry.

I'd be happy to load the pic for you in the Gallery, if you first post it here (after you load it to a host... like this one: http://www.imageshack.us/) If you load it from imageshack, on the second page after hitting "host it", copy the URL that appears in the 8th box, labeled "Direct Link to Image" on the right, then paste it in a post here.

11. I can't thank you enough, I have been frustrated with pics from

day one of my membership here. Now, I can at least post some stuff. I especially like the fact that image shack does not reuire personal information about the users. That's really cool.
