I'm so mad at my dog and cat, I could scream.
One of them used a corner in my office as a bathroom! It fecking REEKS.

Now I'm going to go try to clean the carpet. Something tells me I'll never get rid of that odor, though.

Any advice? Is there such a thing as an air freshener bomb I can throw in there and close the door?

:grr:

3. Most of the enzyme products work pretty well.
Like 'Miracle Pet' or it's competitors.

5. Hydrogen Peroxide
Try it on an inconspicuous area first to make sure it doesn't take out the dye. It's the idea behind oxyclean (which also works well). After leaving it on for a few minutes use a rag to dab it.

Good luck.

6. Odo-ban.
If the cat did it, I doubt it will work, but if it was the dog, no problem. I used it when my dog got locked in and had diarrhea all over the stairs and again when my daughter threw up on the upholstery in the car. Worked both times, although it was no fun doing the cleaning. Doesn't being an adult suck sometimes?

7. Go to Pet Smart or one of those stores and get:
"Nature's Miracle" or "Simple Solution" -- this stuff is GREAT and will eliminate the pet smell. It works by having enzymes attack and destroy the smell. It's not just a 'cover up' treatment.

Trust me. I had 3 bad cats who would spray every once in a while. This stuff is the only thing that really worked.

It's a clear liquid and you apply it to the spot and just let it sink in and dry in. The enzymes have to work on it. A second dosing may be necessary. It will even take the nasty stain out, usually.
