did anyone see bush shaking it up somewhere in some meeting in europe?

it was a clip on CNN and since the tv was mute i am not sure where he was or what he was doing. it was not a dance that he was attending. there seem to be some presentation of some ballet troup about to be had (or had just been had) and like always bush seemed to be saying I CAN DO IT BETTER. I CAN DO IT BETTER. I CAN DO IT BETTER.

I did not like it .... john king was smiling from cheek to cheek.
