Post reasons you are happy today
I'm happy today because it is the 2-year anniversary of my first official date with Estimated Prophet. Two years later here we are planning a wedding and I couldn't have found a better partner!!
:loveya:

Please note: No disrespect is meant for those who may be experiencing problems. I just wanted to share my feelings about today's significance to me. :)

1. That is wonderful! I'm also glad to see you posting.
I've heard a lot about you and now you are here! I saw your picture in the most recent gathering thread - you and EP make a loverly couple.

I wish you all the best and am glad that you are happy :hi:

No Dos Equis for me right now, though. Gotta go in and do 8 hours of driving in a little bit.

Today is the last day of my work-week.
In a mere ten hours, I will be a temporarily free man.

11. There are several reasons.
- I can wear shorts to work.
- I can listen to music at work.
- I can drink iced tea all day at work.
- I don't have HIV (had a test last week).
- The stock I bought this morning is still up.
- There is nice weather out.
- I am back on my diet which feels good and gives me energy.

18. I'm happy because I have come to the end of a long, complex
project, and my clients are happy with my work.

And my husband has also done a similar thing. We've both been working so hard, we have hardly seen each other, so I can't wait to just hang out with him without so much stress all the time.

And I think it stopped raining for maybe a few hours!

19. Many reasons
My beloved is coming out here for three glorious weeks this Friday! :woohoo:

We're taking a short sidetrip up to the Olympic Peninsula and Canada. :)

I think we just finished the final part of our insurance-related crap at our store after a car drove into our front window (we just had the carpets cleaned).

Congrats on your anniversary! :hi:

Edited on Mon May-09-05 02:22 PM by Beaverhausen
I spent over a year paying off my credit cards so I'd be able to make car payments. I finally got the financing worked out and I love my new car. Not only does it get great mileage but it has nearly zero emissions.

I'm grateful for my job that allows me to make the car payments.

23. My dog's hives are gone.
My kids are all healthy, my marriage is intact, and I have the day off work. I've started taking a class that I think is going to be great. I'm dressed and my kitchen is cleaned up and it's not too far past noon. Best of all, the repuglicans at work don't talk to me about * anymore because they know I could say, "I told you so" about SO many things.

Edited on Mon May-09-05 02:33 PM by EstimatedProphet
Just smoked a bowl of strawberry tobacco in my hookah and munched on some chocolate. Nice and relaxed now.
And also, because I have the Prophetess who is such a positive person. She makes me feel a lot more positive about myself for a change. She's good at that-just look at this thread!

39. really, and I have another reason too
Last week I got a hospital bill for $13,900. I have insurance, but very little experience. As far as I knew, that might have been the amount I was expected to pay. If not, why would the hospital send it to me? If so, I was broke, but not just broke, I was shattered.
After a few days of trying not to think about it, I finally checked the website today. I only owe $400. So the hospital save my life, but the insurance policy made it worth living.

I'm also happy because I have a job, and because I'm looking forward to starting classes to start on a new career next month.

Also, I'm happy because it's spring, time to start grilling on the patio and almost time to go swimming with the kids every day. :)

on edit: I'm also happy there's an edit button, so I can correct all my spelling and grammar mistakes.
