I like some of what I've heard, but their cover of Love's "Alone Again Or" was kind of jarring when I heard it in a coffee shop. It's close enough to the original that I thought I was hearing things.

18. They opened for Los Lonely Boys a week or so ago...

...the woman I work with at B&N is a big fan of them (and Camper Van Beethoven) and went to see them. She said they were great - even got the LLB fans into it.

12. I know you were teasing, but I like to point out that I'm

not sniping just to snipe. I always get into donnybrooks with my friends in real life about this shit, and I always have to pull over and point that out, because the bands they pass before me for a stamp of approval are usually ones I don't ike that much....which leads them to believe that I don't like ANYBODY.
